The world of information technology and telecommunications has always arisen great interest and curiosity in both national and international press, and today more than ever the need to ensure the most rigorous and effective coordination of all the information that the Company intends to release is confirmed: Management department is the responsible office for this coordination. It is therefore appropriate that we all act in accordance with these guidelines and in particular with regard to External Communication. The issue of any kind of unstructured and desultory statements to media representatives should be avoided. All information request coming from outside related to:
- without exception - to Televideocom direction who is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the effective release of any information about the Company and its services to the Mass Media. Different behaviours than those mentioned have to be considered inconsistent with the rules of Company's good functioning. A close coordination of information release through careful management of relationships with media is therefore considered a need (with particular attention to the whole business of preparing and supporting the release of interviews). Please note, finally, that the above issues not only do arise interest in Media but also in ordinary people. Strictest discretion about the above mentioned content is therefore required with friends and acquaintances, too. More generally, all not in the public knowledge information about Televideocom, its trade or business, customers, employees and, more generally, to all those who have relations in various ways with the Company, are to be considered highly sensitive and must be protected in all forms, via computer and organizational measures in full respect of law 675/96 and Legislative Decree 276/2003. In this regard Televideocom undertakes: to acquire and process only those data which are suitable to service or belonging office's goals for the development of directly connected activities; to acquire and process these data only through specific procedures, not to disclose to press and/or third part information related to the development of work activities, unless under specific permission. Databases containing information about candidates can be only used for research and personnel selection purposes, or for similar activities, except in the case of candidate's explicit agreement.
